Jade’s Playtime is a small humble business in which every item is being hand-packed or curated, and checked for quality purposes before shipping. We aim to get your packages to you as soon as possible. This means that all orders are final upon confirmation and amendments to orders and/or delivery options are not allowed.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- Free Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) for Domestic orders above SGD$80.00
- A flat fee of SGD$5.00 Standard Shipping fee will be charged for orders below SGD$80.00
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days) is available at SGD$10.00 for orders below SGD$80.00 and SGD$5.00 for orders above SGD$80.00
- For Pre-Order items: We will only ship out the items when they arrive at our premise. Meanwhile, we will ship the in-stock items to you while waiting for pre-order items.
- Worldwide Shipping is currently unavailable outside of Singapore. However, you may message or email us on the items you wish to purchase, for us to check on the shipping rates.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurately entered in your order to prevent any delays in shipping or lost packages. Should there be a need to re-deliver due to inaccurate/incomplete information provided, an additional delivery fee of SGD$5.00 will be charged.
