Exchange & Refund Policy

We’re happy to review disputes as long as the issues are not pertaining to own’s misuse, neglect, wear and tear, and accidents. It is within our sole discretion to grant an exchange or a refund.
 
  • For items that are in stock, an exchange may be granted
  • For items that are out of stock, a refund of the item’s full price may be awarded in the form of store credits that you may use for future purchases. Issuance of store credits may take up to 10 days from the date of receipt of returned parcel.
 
EXCHANGE
We understand it can be tough shopping for that perfect fit for your little ones.
 
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and unaltered, with its original tags intact, as well as in its original packaging. We will not be able to facilitate an exchange if the item is deemed not to be in its original form of condition.
We do not accept any return of discounted, pre-order and customized items.
 
For apparels, we allow the exchange of sizes within 7 business days of your purchase. We will not be able to look into any disputes beyond 7 business days of receipt of the item(s). The item must be unworn, unused and unwashed with its original tags/labels attached.
For hygiene purposes, swimwear and intimates cannot be exchanged.

REFUND
All items purchased are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We take utmost care in checking every item, and ensuring all packages are properly packed.
 
We are unable to process any refunds unless you have received a defective or damaged product, or that we have missed out an item. Please do not hesitate to notify us at jadesplaytime123@gmail.com with your proof of purchase and/or details of the defect within 7 business days of receiving the item(s). We will not be able to look into any disputes beyond 7 business days of receipt of the item(s).
 
For Return Shipping, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for delivery back to us, under one’s own cost; Including any subsequent damages from return shipping. You are advised to use a trackable postage service. All returns must be securely packaged and returned in their original condition with packaging and price tags intact. Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in transit, will be unfortunately denied.
 
Upon confirmation of the product’s defect by the principal brand, we will process your exchange or refund within 30 business days of your purchase.
